I am passionate about beauty and editorial make up, I believe skin care is key and treat all of my models and clients to a healthy dose of nutrients before I start.

As a LBGTQI* ally, Katie teamed up with TranzAustralia for their poster campaign and to start the TranzAustralia Makeovers program which launched in June 2015. Katie is a firm believer in body positivity and inclusivity.

As a student, Katie won the Canberra Makeup Academy, Student of the Year Award in 2014 for her outstanding work in all areas.

Katie taught at the Canberra Institute of Technology teaching in the Cert III in Make-Up in 2017.

When asked as a child what Katie wanted to be when she grew up and she always said “an artist”. Starting out designing album covers and selling sculptures and paintings in local shops, Katie graduated towards makeup as an art form when performing in her own band then went on to study makeup.
